CADOO – PLANNING & DESIGN STUDIOS

Cadoo are a planning and design studio with offices in North London. I initially started working with them in early 2020 when asked to assist on two separate projects. I successfully obtained licences for those two premises that had been fully redesigned by Cadoo. I have since assisted on a numerous other projects and referred them to a number of my own clients too. So impressed by their commitment to task, their honest knowledge, and their genuine desire to create solutions for clients that I highly recommend them for any project in London that requires planning assistance.

BEE POWER – COMMERCIAL ENERGY

In addition to my consultancy I also run a commercial energy brokerage assisting clients with their energy contracts. Bee Power works perfectly alongside PcLicensing as finding a decent energy deal for any venue within the hospitality trade can be a tough ask.

There are a number of energy suppliers that do not supply to the trade, and a number that heighten their credit requirements for hospitality venues.

My expertise in this market means that with very few details from you as a client, I can source the best deals available to you and relieve you of the stresses. Once a contract is agreed I will then manage the contract going forward ensuring that you never ‘fall’ out of contract on to higher rates.

Vince The Toastmaster

As an award winning Professional Toastmaster Vince has been trained to officiate for Royal occasions, weddings of all cultures, bar & bat mitzvah’s, Masonic Ladies Festivals, Livery Functions, Rotary & Round Table, formal dinners, charity events and many more.
